This fund is a component fund of The First Air Force One Foundation and as such is subject to the Foundation’s authority to redirect the returns of the fund to another beneficiary without prior approval if this fund ceases to exist or if distributions otherwise become unnecessary, impossible, or inconsistent with the needs of the mission of NEXTGEN Aviators. Further, The First Air Force One Foundation has exclusive legal control over the assets contributed.
